Tract No. 1: 77.45+/- acres, nearly all tillable located on E. TR 122 and N. TR 165, with current CRP filter strip contract not being renewed.

Tract No. 2: 80+/- Acres, located on E. TR. 122, this parcel has 9+/- acres of woods, with the balance being tillable and the current CRP acreage not being re-enrolled in the program.  

Terms: A non-refundable down payment of 5% will be due auction day per tract with cash or check, balance due at closing within 60 days. Possession: Day of closing with tenant farming rights
